I know there are pages and pages on the internet about the Jaguar bridge, but that is kind of my problem, there's really too much, so I'm hoping for some advice. I have a MIJ Jag, I've had it for about five years. Recently I haven't been able to play for several weeks because of a wrist injury, but since I've picked it up again, I've noticed a buzzing, which I think is coming from the bridge. I've had a few problems with strings jumping in the past, but not very often, and that's been the only issue I've had. I know I need new strings, but I haven't noticed buzzing with old strings before. Is it worth taking the guitar into the shop to be set up again? It would be a few years since that has been done properly, and it's not something I can do myself.
