well, you'll get a slightly more 'rock' tone, less hum or feedback, a less percussive sound to your strum, and a bit of an obviously-aftermarket look.
the bridge itself (not the bridge pickup) has a big effect on the way stang's sound, so you won't lose TOO much mustang character, but it's definately going to smooth things out and give you a better tone while distorted, and a less abrasive tone while clean.
you may miss that clucking sound.
