How do you buy strat pickups?

I'm getting my first strat. I want to put a JB jr. in the bridge, Hot Rails in the middle, and a Billy Corgan Dimarzio in the neck. when you buy the middle, does it count as a bridge or neck pickup?

I think its up to personal preference.

Oh so you can put whichever in?

Usually w/ neck bridge pickups you can put them in either the neck or middle position. In actuality you can put a pickup in any position but, bridge pickups usually have a higher output than neck pickups so it's not as practical but still possible.

Btw what kind of sound are you looking to get out of the Strat
