mudhunny Ok this is an opinion thing.I've had a sonic blue reis jag-stang for about a month, flipped it over yesterday & its got the start of buckle rash! My other guitar has metal here so its not been a problem before. Do i go out of my mind trying to stop this gettin further scratched or just let it wear?
CROSS play with your pants down.Or, put some gaffa tape in the area where the bucklerash is. Be sure to remove it carefully in the future.
BanditGuitarist1 Hey mybe he plays somethin that requires a neat look where the shirt has to be tucket in,Like Gospel,or Older rock and roll covers mybe. But I agree dont tuck your shirt in if u dont have to! Of course mybe he plays with his shirt off to then the problems unavoidable. Judging by the name Mudhoney I dont think hes playing gospel or old rock,So just leave the rash it looks cool.

I dont wanna stick anything on my js so looks like its gonna stay there, might get a smaller buckle on my belt though.
BanditGuitarist1 THEN LET IT BE GRUNGE AND MAKE IT WORSE HAHA I wouldnt care to much unless its like your favorite guitar that you baby, then I would understand.
Bob_the_godly_dude I don't get buckle rash, had a scratch once on my bass from wearing a wallet chain, learned my lesson and always take it off to play now, but never had buckle rash, and I wear a belt almost all the time.

ProfessorKaos You scratched it, its ruined forever. Just smash it to hell and stop playing guitar forever. 😆

BobArsecake Unless you're going to want to sell it on for a decent price, it doesn't really matter does it? No-one sees it, plus it'll give it a bit of character and perhaps make it a bit more "special" to you, haha, anyway...
