Bushings for Jag

I have a '95 CIJ Jaguar missing 3 bushings on the tuners. Will the "vintage" ones listed on guitarpartsresource.com fit?

also, I want to replace the saddles on this with mustang saddles. would it be easier/ cheaper to just buy a set of saddles rather than a whole new bridge? It looks like the mustang bridge (minus the saddles) is the same as the jazz/jag.

the bridge is the same as a jag/jazz bridge so you can just swap the saddles. Not sure about the tuner bushings though, but if you're looking to replace tuners I highly reccommend these

doesn't look like it.

it's easier to replace the whole bridge rather than just the saddles. if you can find the saddles for sale on their own then that would be cheaper, but i would guess not by much.

just make sure you get those gotoh ones that rob posted. and not the die cast plastic "economy" ones, that used to be on squiers etc, because they are very poor

thanks for the help guys, much appreciated. so is it safe to say that it's probably easier to just replace the tuners then try and hunt down the bushings on their own?

you'd probably be better off doing that, but, if you are so inclined, you could buy the new tuners and just use the new bushings...they should be interchangable...

actually, if your jaguar is "crafted in japan", then it cannot be '95. it's '97 upwards.

secondly, the tuners you've currently got on your jaguar are ping kluson remakes. which are the same quality as the gotoh ones. so it wouldn't be an upgrade if you bought those.

however, i know that those bushings vary from tuner to tuner (the posts are all of differing diameters). and i'm not sure how easy the bushings are to come by on their own. let alone get exact right fit
