Ok. I been thinking about it and i would try, just for fun, to put the boost at the end. Reason is with this many effects, i would want the end sound to get the boost. If it were me, i would give the pog a dry signal. So the pog would be first thing after guitar. You can try fuzz before the pog or a tuner, but personally that would be it. No overdrive before the pog works best to my ears. I may put the wah right after the pog also. You can place the whammy next to the wah, but i'll get to that in a second. Next i would go with the fuzz and then the bluesbreaker pedal. I'm not real familiar with that bluesbreaker pedal so you can try it before the fuzz and see if it "pushes" the fuzz. Which ever sounds better to you. Then put reverb and any delays or trem. Usually you end with time based effects but i would try that boost at the end and see if it boosts the finished signal. Now, the whammy. They suck tone so you would probably not want it at the end. The whole point of this post is to get you with a strong and loud signal at the end and no volume drop when you engage an effect. The whammy is a tough one. I would put it towards the beginning and have all od's and boosts after it so it brings the volume back up. Just a note, Hendrix used a boost or overdrive before his wah, but most don't.
The right way (if there is such a thing) would be to run some of these effects, especially octave and pitch shifters and multi effects, through fx loop. Then run some others through the front end of the amp. You don't have an fx loop so maybe you can look into a ABY switch. That way we could group effects that work well together on one "channel". I would also get a bbe sonic stomp and that way it will bring your signal all back together and make it tighter sounding. I can see how this chain could get muddy and the sonic stomp fixes that. It cleans the signal up and realigns the highs and lows back together. I have some friends who play professionally and they all run them. I've heard before they suck out mids, which would be the opposite of the tone i'm after, but i never found that with mine. I think if you do some switching around and experimenting you could get an even better sound than what you have now. I'm not saying your way right now is wrong. It has to be what you want to sound like. You may love it now and that's great. These are just suggestions. Good Luck and let me know what you find.
