If i place my wah in the wrong place in the chain it catches mexican radio stations. no ####. If i use just guitar into wah into amp and turn it loud and engage wah, bam! Spanish speaking people start yelling through static through my amp. Sometimes i get a religious station which spooks me out and then i wish they were also speaking spanish. If you have any effects that aren't shielded well that can happen. I call c and m music where i bought it and they told me that was normal! ha! My whammy stopped turning off and they told me to just unplug when not in use!!! hahahaha. Ok, so in song i will stop time, unplug whammy, unplug wires in and out of whammy, and then plug them into another effect and there you go! What a bunch of #### dummies! That would be a hell of a magic trick!
To answer your question, take an old effect that you don't care about and remove any shielding inside is what i would try. Very interesting question.
