rare65stang i'm gonna refinish a 65 stang and would like to remove the bridge thimble before I do. How do I remove the metal bridge thimbles. Guitar is a real usa pre-cbs stang. Finish is currently stripped so I am not afraid of paint damage. Thanks in advance

HNB rare65stang said: do they just pull out with a little elbow grease? Yup. 😀 The rubber tip suggestion is so the plyers don't eat up the metal on the thimbles. 😀
