RH Pickup for LH mustang

Im wanting to install a right handed kinman strat pickup into my lefthanded mustang. Can anyone confirm this will work? I'm thinking it will as the pickup routing for a mustang is opposite to a strat . So a right handed strat pickup should be a perfect fit yes? The steel pole fralin is too boomy and I'm craving a cooler sound.

Confirmed! The kinman avn69b strat pickup works perfectly in my lefthanded mustang. Stagger is correct due to mustang routing being opposite to a strat.
