If you want to keep the nice true sindlge coil sound go for some nice hot SD's or Dimarzio's. But if your happy to sacrifice some of the single coil spank for increased mids and zero noise get a nice noiseless/stacked single.The Fender vintage noisless i have tried in a few guitars work great for rock,if you never play clean, you really cant go past a good noiseless single.
