Let me see...

Replaced basically everything on that haha. Too much to list.

Squier Bullet, my first guitar. Refin. All new parts (except neck and body). Using it to teach my fiance.

Tuners swapped. New pickups. A Carvin neck pickup, with one coil messed up. I didn't know it was a defect at the tone. But it actually worked out nicely. It sounds EXACTLY like a Strat neck pickup, but with zero hum even on high gain.

Thought I'd post a pic of my Jaguar HH Special. After owning it for 5 years or so I eventually got round to fitting a tortoiseshell pick guard. Its for an American 62 Vintage Jaguar p/n 099-1353-000 so needed some modification but not much in the end. I'd always thought of fitting a tortoiseshell guard to the Jag as its a favourite combination of mine and bought the guard but never got round to it. The neck pick up is now a P90, but the bridge humbucker is still the Dragster it came with. Knobs have been changed to Jaguar normal types and there's a treble bleed cap on both volume pots. Other than that its completely stock and, IMHO, looks delicious.

I've only done one to my Special HH: wax potting. Japanese Jaguars come with no wax, so in order to use it with high gain, I waxed the Dragsters. Now is ready to bang.

Most recently was modifying the Japanese tremolo pivot plate and pivot arms for more bar travel.

I found out that at the very least the newest Japanese Mustang tremolo units have flat edges where the pivot posts sit rather than knife edges. I took a drill bit at a 45 degree angle and built new "knife edges" for my new tremolo plate after finding my Jag-Stang being a couple cents off dead-0 when pushing or pulling the bar like a crazy monster like I Do.

Another modification I made was I sawed the pivot posts down, I had a new set of 3-slot posts and found the extra length for the 3rd slot affected string tension as well.

Another new discovery, but not a mod, was that with the knife edges, I can loosen the pivot posts and get even MORE bar travel. Odd counter-intuitive beast the Dynamic Vibrato is, but now I can get the strings almost fully limp like a Floyd Rose and the tuning is 100% stable now with the Knife Edge mod to the pivot plate.
