When I first got my Jag-Stang, never did I think I'd be asking a question like this....! But things change, and sadly now I barely touch my guitar!
I bought my Jag-Stang in 1995/1996 (can't remember which!) in the UK. Without doing much research I think this makes it one of the earlier ones - made in Japan. (Did production shift elsewhere at some point?).
I messed about with the wiring at some point and locked off the bridge, and the pickups and pickgaurd screws are getting a bit rusty, but I still have the original pots. switches and springs for the bridge. I'd probably describe the condition of the body as 5 out of 10 - it was much played and knocked about a bit by the teenage me!
At the moment it is just languishing in it's case above my wardrobe - so I am thinking it might be time to move it on to a new home...
Are Jagstangs particularly sought after nowadays? Are they worth much in the UK?
