mustang neck with strat body

anyone know if it is possible to put the mustang neck in a stratocaster body?Would anyone here ever tried?

Not without a custom body. Mustangs are short scale and Strats are full scale. (A strat body with a Mustang neck would need the bridge moved closer to the neck.)

Physically, yea its possible, but like HNB said, it wouldn't work right
