Fender American Vintage Jaguar

It's under their brand new "American Vintage" series of guitars.

The only difference I see between the Classic Player is it says that this new one has

"All New Fender American Vintage Jaguar pickups". Not sure if there is much of a difference

price wise either. Thoughts on another new series of reissue instruments?

There's gonna be a big price difference, the MSRP on the american vintage is $2,999.99 while the MSRP on the classic player is $1,099.99. also theres some differences, like the american vintage has a different fretboard radius compared to the classic player, a vintage style trem and no adjust-o-matic bridge.

Thanks for the info redman1401. I rather like the 7.25" radius of my Jag-Stang, but at the price, is this American Vintage going to be worth it in your opinion, or do you think that is tough to say without playing it first? In my opinion, any guitar priced at MSRP of $2,999.99 is not worth it... I would much rather buy a Fender Japan guitar and mod it than spend that much on 1 guitar. Just my opinion.

I dunno if it would be worth it, i mean as it stands now i perfer the Japanese guitars over the American ones. It could be a surprise and be really good, itll probably cost about 1500-1800 so we'll see.
