Definitely a Telecaster bridge pickup in the neck. I highly recommend that, preferably one with a brass base-plate and one designed for a Stratocaster so you don't have to re-route. I found my personal tone using handmade versions of what you would be running: a hot humbucker in the bridge, and a Tele bridge in the neck, 500K pots, .022 capacitor. I personally think it is a recipe that Fender (or any guitar manufacturer for that matter) should have been using for years. If you wire the switch above your neck pickup to act as a pickup selector (Neck-Both-Bridge) and the switch above your humbucker as a splitter (mine is Split-Full-Split), you can achieve some serious tonal variety from one guitar by fiddling with your amp and your guitar tone / volume control. When I want a Jaguar-esque tone, I use the Neck pickup alone and depending on how punchy I want it, I just adjust the volume on the guitar and amp settings. For Tele style tones, I use both together with humbucker on full. For Strat-esque tones, I use both but with the humbucker split or just the humbucker split for a Strat bridge type tone. And I use my humbucker when I want heavier thick sound obviously. After several experiments on several guitars, this is what I stick with and now I currently only own my Jag-Stang as I sold all of my other guitars.
I would personally put a Seymour Duncan Twang-Banger to combo with your Super Distortion and ditch the stock Mustang phase switching for what I described above. It's all up to you though, good luck man. 😀
