Might Be Buying A Fender Amp soon

I might be running into some money if the sale of my Vox Valvetronix goes good. So I want to buy a nice Fender Amp does anyone know which is the nicest sounding or best for Clean tones? I want a Frusicante kinda tone.

That only means the numbers are closer together on the dial. You really need to play some amps. The Fender blues amps are obviously voiced for the blues, so it'd be difficult to get a strong clean tone. Orange Crush amps I do not think are tube, but probably good solid states. How much are you looking to spend?

fruscante=plexi+strat+muff=somthing not as clean as a twin etc...maybe a hot rod deluxe or deville? not uber clean but if you're playing a strat or a jaguar (basically somthing not high output) then it might be what you're after

Ive got a plexi and a strat I need a practice im lookin to spend about 200-300 dollars probley closer to 3 but a good amp for less then that is also great. Im gonna get to GuitarCenter soon and see there ever shifting stock and try and find a nice Fender,I picked fender cause ive heard there amps are the best clean but my Plexi is damn good clean its just Mega loud. The amp also needs to be okay for me playing Strats-Jacksons so ive got Gibson,Epiphone,Fender,Jackson,Schecter if Im lucky I can find a good amp ha. 🙄

Doesn't Frusciante use old non-master volume Marshalls? I'd imagine Paul_ would be your man for this, I know he is/was a fan.

yeah a plexi has two volumes Loudness1 and Loudness 2........Loudness 1 is also called " HIGH treble " its kinda confusing so heres a picture

Are they not just seperate input volumes for the 2 different inputs? I'm none too clued up on old Marshalls.

no you need to mix them to get a normal sound like if u turn the second knob up its very deep and if u crank the first one LOOK OUT ITS LOUD AND SHRILL AS #### so you need to turn them together to get a more normal tone there each like extremes. Anyway I went to GC today and I got a Crate Palamino and Mustang that was once mine so im happy 😁

also there are 4 Inputs that you also mix. Its very weird but once u get it right its beautiful!
