Are there more short scale guitars in Japan? Ā Maybe I am completely off base/incorrect to suggest this but I was wondering whether or not asians have smaller hands than europeans and in turn, if Japanese guitar makers make short scale guitars of high quality for the asian market. Ā I thought Japan could be a place where that would happen, if it happens. Ā But when I look at the offerings from Fujigen I see only 25.5" (650mm) and 24.75" (630mm) Fender/Gibson type scale lengths that I presume are intended for American and European markets.
