Jimmy5491 Well after my cutting attempt, I think I'll replace my old nut lol. Any specific recommendations for what i should get? Will all fender 'curved' nuts fit a jag? Also what's the best material? Thanks in advance.
BanditGuitarist1 Bone is considered very good. Though Yngwie Malmsteein uses brass 😲 Im not all that sure I would go for bone
young1 IMO a pre cut nut sucks and will most likely put you back in your original problem with larger string gauges fitting.i had my tech cut me a bone one,it is perfect.
