Stripping the Paint off my duo ?

ok where can i go to have the paint stripped on my guitar and just have a nice dark wood finish ? and how much would it cost . any information would be appreciated . thanks guys

take it apart go to Homedepot buy some nice varnish or stainer and stain it a nice dark color,then laquer that should work. It will be cheap

well before i do that i need to some how get the black paint off thats already on ? where can i go to do that . and how much do you think it would cost

take some sandpaper...and start sandin!

seriously ? do you think that would work or is it not worth it ? im not reallyshure what im doing either i dont want to mess up the shape or anything . is it worth doing will it work ?

acually im not quite sure...maybe you should go to a guitar shop and see what they say...i dont want u to try that and have it mess anything up....plus that would seem to be a hard thing to do...take sandpaper to a nice finish 😕

i already have a stang . and i board and want to put my duo to good use since im so disgustied by the duos pickguard its hidious but yeah ive already solved the problem . i copied cobain and cut out a mustang guard out of an old hank williams vinly record . it came out quite nice im happy with the way it looks and it was fun making it and it didnt cost me a rent cent .

all put pics up sometime .

its pretty cool actually .
