I don't know of any such thing except for actually getting a Hollowbody. The acoustic sim pedals only copy the sound of a PIezo Acoustic pickup, which gives a close approximation but will never sound like a true mic'd acoustic guitar.
The unique thing about hollowbodies is exactly that, the hollow body. It gives it a bit more warmth and livliness because instead of a solid block of wood, it vibrates a lot more, and also acts as an echo chamber for feedback. One way to get close might be to add a little acoustic sim and maybe use one of those "feedbacker" pedals when you need to repoduce the feedback effect - but that's about all I can think of to approximate with a solidbody.
