I didn't have my Jaguar when I owned my Classic 30 but it was a very nice amp, especially for the money.
The only complaint(s) I had with mine was that it was a touch thin sounding at real low volumes and the stock speaker was a little bright. I only noticed the thin sound when I tried to play somewhat quietly at home and it was never a problem anywhere else. It just opened up more once you got to a certain level on the volume control and that was just a little louder than I sometime liked to play at home.
The Crate Palominos that I've played in stores have sounded nice, too, but I've never tried one anywhere else.
