I've not seen one setup like this. Does the seller claim it's stock? I would be curious to see the routes in the body. Most often the toggle switch is on the lower horn, not the upper. And like you mention it has a stoptail and not the dynamic vibrato tail.
That's not to say this couldn't be some custom fujigen though.
