davmor I have just aquired a '97 blue Jagstang, and am curious about the volume pot, as it seems to operate more as a second tone control. Is this normal?
Mad-Mike Could be your Jag-Stang is modified? Either that or it sounds like the pot is going bad or has a short to the cap on the tone pot. My Jagmaster does sort of the same thing because it needs it's old 500K volume pot replaced.
