It appears to be a real 2009-2012ish Fender Classic Player Jazzmaster (note the tailpiece being closer to the bridge and the bridge being a Tune-o....er Adjust-O-Matic bridge). So it's a real Jazzmaster (they don't forge those as much as Stratocasters and Telecasters).
For a low price, I'd be wary, could be any of the following.....
- some invisible/unforeseen issue (broke Truss Rod, structure issues)
- some crackhead stole the guitar and is reselling it for obvious reasons
But it could also be
- someone is moving and needs to get rid of the guitar fast for whatever reason (could be good or bad)
- guy just does not like Jazzmasters and is selling it cheap to get it out of his sight (got my Mustang and Music Master body and neck that way)
