The classic combination for Dimarzio pickups with a Super Distortion at the bridge was a Super 2 at the neck. The DP104 Super II cuts the lows a bit to keep the sound tight. That' the classic 1970's DiMarzio configuration.
I can vouch for the super II's myself as I've used one in a couple of my guitars before, and I'm planning to put a pair of them in my Hondo Paul Dean II eventually because that's what Paul Dean originally used on that guitar.
