Well, the neck should be easy to source since it's the same pickup that comes in a Fender 62' Reissue Stratocaster (MIJ/CIJ)
The bridge is a bit more difficult as it was a non-production variant of DiMarzio. If someone took some good high res photos of an original pickup outside of the body/pickugard I might be able to find some details of what to look for to tell it apart from all the other Dimarzio pickups. That or an ohms reading, which IIRC was around 7.4K, not exactly powerful.
