Problem with VM Jaguar

Hi guys, i have a problem with my squier jag, it doesn't stay in tune when using tremolo or when i bend the strings, i've changed the bridge, and it got a little better with intonation and tuning stability, but the problem is still there, i think it's the nut, maybe is a little high, i use 11's strings.
I don't know what to do, i bought it from thomann, it was a b-stock, so, i'm afraid the guitar is faulty, and i can't send it back anymore, please help me asap

Hello! The Fender spec sheet for VM Jag says that the following string gauge was used from factory: .009-.042

Since you've went up to 11's the first thing to check is if the string is getting stuck in the nut. This is a very common issue when putting bigger strings on a guitar. Normally you should be able to bend the string on either side of the nut and it will stay in tune.

My advice is to go visit a guitar tech who has the appropriate nut files and can get it set up for the 11's your are using.

I play it with .011 Earnie Balls. And there are no tuning-problems, when I use the trem.
