i recently bought a j mascis jazzmaster and i love it but there’s one problem. the trem arm is quite stiff and when i use it, it just stays in place wherever i leave it. however i prefer trem arms that fall back down after you grab them, which my strat does, and i know that these jazzmasters can do it because i’ve seen many other people with j mascis jazzmasters that have loose trem arms.
any help would be great :)
