Help With Jaguar HH

I have a new jaguar HH and i want to install a new Tremolo Unit like on the older jaguars. how would i go about it? and do i have to cut into the body to install one?

really, if you wanted a trem, you should have just bought a regular jag.

i suppose you could route it for a trem, if you wanted. but i think it would be easier to just sell the jaguar special and buy a normal trem jaguar

i think he's planning on doing a bit of a frankenjag as he's an SY fan. he probably wants the trem so he can pick behind the bridge, but routed HH so he can swap pickups about or something.

i'd reccomend taking a table knife to the top where you want the trem mounted. just hack away for a bit, maybe switch to a fork for the more delicate areas. if you fudge up you can just cover the mistakes with bumper stickers bearing only the most highfalutin of slogans.

if you want the trem for actual vibrato stuff, sell the Jaguar HH and buy a Jagmaster (which includes a much supeior strat trem)

you could get jagmaster + upgraded pickups + custom black pickguard for less than half the price of a jaguar HH.

i wouldn't have said a strat trem is superior to a jag one. infact, quite the opposite
