i think the rats better,but if u find ur self buying something and its not quite enough you can always rip it open and add another diode or 2 ,this will increase the level of distortion in it,just test it out on a prac amp 1st but it shouldnt cause any problems to any of ur equipment,ive neva done it but im geting around to doing it to my ds2 as its a bit weak on the dist.
