catipillarkid Hi, I recently purchased a competition mustang (japanese reissue) and the felt washers (the little pieces of felt under the strap buttons) were missing. I know where I can find ones to replace them but I don't know what color they are supposed to be. Black or White?? If anyone knows please post. Thanx!
Rick those are on gibsons. they don't put them on fenders. or if they do, they don't put them on mustangs.but if you were to put one on, i'd say black would look best
Malik My Squier Showmaster has some black ones on, but then again it's got all black hardware, a reverse matching headstock and a Floyd Rose, clearly the designers figured they'd go all out when they designed their "Super Strat".

Malik Yeah I will do when I get my camera working again. Just for reference, it's the top one. The bottom one is the same thing except HSH, mine's HSS.
paul_ my jag-stang had white ones, my jag and AV strat didn't have them at all, my squiers had black ones.
