No. The gaps between frets and the gap between the nut and bridge are directly proportional. A Strat neck is longer and has wider frets, but the Mustang neck is mounted closer to the bridge to keep it in scale.
To do it you'd need to move the bridge back an exact amount, or it would never tune, or rather the notes you fret would be out of tune.
And they're different thickness, blah blah blah.
