Just regular wiring do this:Black is hot,Green and Bare is Ground,White and Red get joined together and taped off.Simple.
Black connects to the "LOOP: on the rear 3 way phase switch(Loop being the lugs between the outer ones | |--| | like that.),the Ground wires connect to the other side of the "LOOP" of the same switch,the side the stock mustang has black on is ground.
I dont know if this is what your after or not,but i can help you with any wiring if you need it.
It makes no difference what pup you use,the wirings the same unless you choose to change it.
Edit:if you wire it like ive said your mustang will have the regular output along with phasing,infact this is the only way of wiring it without changing all the wiring.
