Early 60's tremelo bar.............

Does anyone know where exactly I can find a repro of the early '60's tremolo bar. The one with more of a bend in it? Are they even being reproduced? The one's on the '65 reissues (which aren't offered seperately anyway) look like the newer style.

I would truly appreciate anyones help with this.

There they have the Japanese and USA versions. Not sure which is which, but they're the two abailable.

can't you just get a set of tools and bend a normal one?

Meh, I've never really cared about authenticity with older guitars, guitars are for playing not collecting, keeping in mint condition for 50 years then selling on eBay for obscene prices, but whatever floats your boat.

japanese has a bigger diameter than the american one. so they aren't interchangeable. if it's a japanese mustang, you'd be best creating the bend yourself with a vice or something

Thanks fellas, but I don't believe that they're making reproductions of this tremelo. I have tried on a couple of occasions to bend the longer straighter ones to have more of a bend like the older ones and I only end up screwing them up. It kinda sucks because I find them much more comfortable to PLAY with (Malik) and I can't find one anywhere at all.
