I picked up a copy last week. Don't have a scanner, but if I did I wouldn't feel comfortable about posting it (copyright infringement etc).
Nothing that you won't know already and the pictures are pretty stock. However, it was worth getting for one of the photos alone: a blond 1958 Jazzmaster prototype with black scratchplate and black PU covers (I'd read about these but never actually seen them before). It has telecaster knobs and a strat neck. Pretty cool.
