I've bought stuff from there, very popular in Finland, cheaper than Thomann. Number one place for me to order from net. No customs in EU, or any other taxes, you only pay what the tag says. Also free shipment if product has that star there, i dont know but i guess that if you buy ie Jaguar and other stuff, you dont have to pay shipment for anything.
Use email with them for communication if you dont understand deutch, i dont, but they handle things in english very well. Got phone call from them when one product couldnt be delivered in time (EHX -problems)...
Very reliable. Only negetive thing is that i didnt get that shippment code to follow my order, but the day i started to miss that code, guitar was on my door. Also their not the fastest company to answer to your emails.
