  1. Like I said, lets say he doesn't have a place to stay, and no friends around the area, he's new to the area. Then, you're just #### on, how are you supposed to get a job when you don't have a place to shower or keep your clothes, so they don't get dirty? You could always go home, if you have a home to go back to, I get what you mean, but, in all honesty, some people's lives are just #### on.
  2. That's one of the most rediculous things I've ever heard. First off, if my friend didn't live with his parents he definitely would have ended up being a bum. Take someone whose in debt, at a young age, because of school, and a car, lets say they don't live at home, their parents have #### credit, so their credit is also ruined, they get hired at a new job, pays well, and you get commission, 3 weeks later they tell you they can't afford you, so when you have all these other bills to pay + rent, and NO car because you accidentally filled the, I'm not sure what he filled, but he did it wrong and
  3. But of course. That's why I said, it's essentially the same thing. Anyway, how d'you expect a bum who probably has absolutely nothing to perform anything for cash? They probably need it more than the guy with the fancy Martin on the sidewalk with his fancy hard-case open anyway.
  4. It's essentially the same thing. Like a guy comes up to your car and washes it, when your parked at a light, even though you don't want him to touch your car with his dirty rag, you better give that bum a dollar. Except when "performing," you're not, well hopefully you're not annoying people, and they give you that money just because they enjoyed what you played. I guess what I'm trying to say is, it's a subtler way of pan-handling, you're not begging for it, because that's illegal, but you are out there trying to get some money from people walking by.
  5. Yeah, it reminds me of anime, and anime just isn't cool.
  6. Someone's little hands with appendages that stretch over a keyboard and type it onto a computer. That's where it came from, but what is it?
  7. I think a better question is: What the hell is this thing...
  8. The Jag-Stang threads dont see a heck of a lot of action, do they Doesn't look like it, I see one from February towards the top here as well.
  9. I've been save save saving as well. It's easy to do that and spend it because I have a job. You must not get a lot of hours, if you have a job, because you can't do anything but pay for insurance and gas. It definitely can't be the amount you make, because I make dirt, and I have bought 3 guitars in the past year. About to make a fourth purchase, after I sell one of my other guitars. And if you're really pressing to get something, make your hands useful and put it in your pocket and walk out, easy as that.
  10. "Get a job." You're spoiled rotten! $600 just for being born! Who are you? The Queen of England?! Assuming your parents are the only ones who gave you birthday money, technically, they paid for 500-600 of your guitar and you only had to trade in your MIM Stratocaster.
  11. Your Jagmaster cost 350? They're only 250.
  12. I love Nirvana/Kurt Cobain, and I've never had that problem, but I know you mean the general obsessed Nirvana/Kurt Cobain fan.
  13. Codog, you need to change your signature. "It's better to burn out than to fade away" - Neil Young, NOT Kurt Cobain.
  14. You're missing the point man. Upside down guitar, strings reversed, nut reversed, etc, etc...It's just for the look, or left handed players having a very limited selection.
  15. I never even thought of that, not being able to get to higher frets, but I'm sure I would while I was playing it. My left handed friend is buying my Strat from me for 4 hundo, hope he doesn't mind that. I agree with Tool as well.
