  1. This Case works just fine for me, and it's quite cheap if I say so myself(In a good way).
  2. It'll probably be 379.99 like the newest CV's and all that
  3. Say, did you find that guitar a Guitar Center in west palm beach florida?
  4. Really, I want a guitar shaped like Colorado, or maybe nevada
  5. I have two more to add Fender Telecaster AVRI 62 in seafoam green, and I know they already make it, but I can't afford it, thus making it a dream guitar Gibson Les Paul with an SG shaped neck, gold hardware, yellowed alpine white finish, with matching headstock, and a gold gretsch white falcon pickguard.
  6. If you wired each pot to the output jack would it give you more options?
  7. Could you have instead of the standard 1 vol 2 tone setup of the strat, could you instead have 3 stacked pots 1 for each pickup?
  8. Some people argue that the Synchronized trem is more/less stable than the Floating Trem and the Dynamic trem. I've got a cyclone with the tremolo stable enough to be used like a floyd rose, and stay in tune. Then you have Mad-Mike who has used the Dynamic and Floating tremolos in the same way. It's not the style of tremolo you are using that determines stability, it's the setup. Sure some are easier to get to the point of stability than others(I.E. Floyd Roses) but every tremolo offers the potential to be stable, except the gibson vibrola, that is just a bad design.
  9. Technically, the Jag-stang wasn't a signature guitar, it was a design made by Kurt Cobain, like a Les Paul isn't a signature guitar. All they did was put the name of who originally designed it on the headstock Now if they do reissue it, I hope that the only thing they change is the pick-ups, I love the neck on my jag-stang
  10. GUITAR Mustang Jazzmaster Jaguar Jag-stang Cyclone Toronado Jagmaster Duosonic Bronco Musicmaster Marauder Electric XII Maverick Swinger Coronado BASS Jazz Bass Mustang Bass Bronco Bass Jaguar Bass
  11. Jag-stang Body Jaguar hardware with a jagstang pickguard modified to fit Black Atomic H-bucker bridge, Fender "Vintage" Single Coil Neck LPB with matching Arrow Headstock Yellowed White pickguard Jaguar Pickup selector switch of Cobain Jag Roller Knobs control neck pickup, Standard knobs control Bridge pickup Rhythm Switch is coil split for humbucker
  12. I know none of you guys probably read past the comment about kurt in the description, but he says that there were never any "purple-burst" mustangs. I thought that it was more likely that if it didn't have any purple that it was a reissue
  13. You could just buy a right handed one and flip the strings. the Peter Buck from REM did that to Kurt's Jag-stang
  14. Yes I understand that now the only colors mustangs are imported in are Dakota, Daphne, and Olympic. Fender Japan's website lists the 73 Competition Reissues in both Candy Apple, and fiesta. http://www.fenderjapan.co.jp/fender/200 ... g65vsp.htm Go there, and click mg73/CO.
  15. I just won a jag-stang for 420 dollars, so yay me http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... K:MEWNX:IT I have one question though, was it a good deal?
  16. Yes reissue mustangs come in Fiesta Red and Competition red. The one that Jazz Stang Posted was FRD(Fiesta Red), the 'stang that Bandit posted was OCR(Old Candy Apple Red). Bandit is expecting "Vintage Correct" out of Fender Japan. Fender Japan makes an Olympic White, Orange, Fiesta Red, Candy Apple Red, Lake Placid Blue, and some greenish color in the competition style. And I do believe that Kurt's Mustang is Fiesta Red, and yes, while the stage lights may affect the color, I do not think it would be that dramatic. Even his Sonic blue mustangs were still blue to me, not white.
  17. Im glad to see that gorillaz is performing live again, it's one of the many things I've wanted, like them releasing a new album. Hopefully this continues
  18. That thing will be kamikaze when I'm throwing it across stage.
  19. Reading through this thread was like watching someones childhood from the view of their parents. Except this is a guitar, not a kid, so it's even better.
  20. My favorite shortscale from squier. I was trying to get one for ages, but it never happened. Maybe one day... I've had mine for quite a while, I know most people will consider the fact that I traded a Fender MIM Strat for it bad, but I prefered the way played looked, and sounded. My Bullet Strat already gets the total range of Stratocaster sound.
