  1. I already found out it was that. Thanks for the help anyways!
  2. If you want to buy one in the USA, good luck. If you actually happen to run across one, it would be a rare thing. I bought mine straight from Japan from Ishibari. They're a huge guitar shop in Tokyo and they ship globally. I've seen many Jags of all sorts pop up on that site (yes...even the highly sought after ocean turquoise w/matching headstock. They had one on the site last week!). Ishibari music is highly known for selling tons used guitars. They grade their appearance and playability which you can see straight on the site. You have to check everyday though to see what pops up beca
  3. I would recommend the Jaguar because (as said earlier), it's a highly versatile guitar. Also, as said before, they require some time to upgrade and set up. For mine, I ended up putting in a Mastery bridge, quarter pounder Seymour Duncan pickups, a new nut, and a nice new pearloid pickguard which was mainly for looks lol.
  4. Can someone please tell me what amplifier this is? It's the brown one to the left. I'd greatly appreciate it.
  5. wow that's a beautiful jag you got there for a great price! I still don't have one yet, but will by the end of summer. I merely come on this site to just admire them all lol
  6. That's awesome you get what I'm saying and thanks a lot for the help! I'm gonna check out the DiMarzio's right now
  7. I have a Tele, but I never really modified it because I didn't want to put money into it for now at least. I like the guitar, but it just isn't the one meant for me. It's hard to explain, but I'm sure as a musician you get what I mean. I picked up a Jaguar the other day at a music store and just fell in love with it and now I am dedicated to buy one really really soon. I love the look and the feel, but I just want it to be a bit crunchier like these bands. Sometimes I fear Youtube for checking out pickups because some of the cameras that the people use have horrible sound quality and it's
  8. I'm hoping to get a Fender Jaguar really really soon and was wondering what pickups would be better suited for an indie rock style genre? I like bands like Bloc Party, New Order, Arctic Monkeys, Supercar (Japanese band), and Silversun Pickups. I've been thinking about Lace pickups, but I don't know. Any help would be greatly appreciated. *since supercar is a Japanese band, you probably never heard of them. Here's a song for a general idea* http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bQStWTndcq8&feature=related
