Managed to find a left handed Jagstang a few days back and got to locking the tremolo today. previously on my mustang I used the well known washer technique. on this occasion I couldn’t find the right size washers lying around. In my search I happened upon some replacement bicycle brake blocks. turns out the bolts that attach bicycle brake pads are the same diameter as those that fit the cigar from a fender vibrato unit. modified technique: 1) remove tremolo springs and unscrew pins from cigar 2) flip cigar and use bolts harvested from some bike brake blocks to screw cigar down to tailpiece not rocket science but someone here might be interested- it’s very stable and neat
