We made some major changes to the jag-stang.com forum a few weeks ago. Now that everything is getting settled into place I thought it would be a good time to point out some of the more interesting new features the forum has to offer.
Fender has recently introduced the new Blacktop Series which includes Jazzmaster and Jaguar models. They are being pushed as guitars that “deliver on modern player demands for a thick and heavy sound” by adding high-gain humbucking pickups.
[ UPDATE : The bulk of the migration is complete. DNS has been updated and if you’re seeing this update you are arriving at the new server. Still a lot of kinks to work out involving the migration. ]
Another very cool Effectology video by Bill Ruppert is up! And this time he demonstrates how it’s possible to recreate Pink Floyd’s “Welcome To The Machine” on just a guitar and Electro-Harmonix effect pedals.
