Ok, so I have noticed lately that is getting harder to find new Jag-Stangs. Guitar Center only has the Fiesta Red color available and it says, "limited stock", Sweetwater does not even have any on hand but says it can get them*, and the Fender website only has the Fiesta Red color available. I have not read anything in the news or any of the music websites that I visit about the discontinuance of the Jag-Stang so that leads me to believe that maybe Fender may retire this model????
- While researching I noticed that the Sweetwater site does state, "Go ahead and place your order and we'll follow up shortly to let you know when to expect it. Estimated January 2025."
