I think the colour is "Daphne Blue"- "Sonic Blue" is a bit deeper, and it's metallic, I believe.
Bridge pickups are always weaker sounding than neck pickups (if they're the same) because the string back there just doesn't move as much when you pluck it. You can balance the pickups by giving the neck pickup more distance from the strings than the bridge pickup, or by getting a bridge pickup that's louder than the neck pickup in the first place.
For my two-cents worth, if you're going to replace pickups, you should do it with real Jaguar-type replacements- like Seymore Duncan or Fender; anything else spoils the looks.
