i dont like big muffs - ok for single string things, but they're rubbish for actual chord work - too thick and muffled.
That said, i wanna try a Little Big Muff, sounds sweet for a few single string things
if you're looking for a versatile fuzz get Zoom Ultrafuzz - it has this color knob, that turns it from big muff sound to fuzzface, but you can blend the two to get a fuzzy distortion sound.
with the gain up high you can get that Muse - stockholm syndrome sound - it even self-ocillates!
