BanditGuitarist1 well its in the shop right now im having a JB. Junior put in the bridge leaving the neck Pup alone and having the repair dude take a look around fix any of the wiring issues and after might take it to a body shop my uncle can spary it Dakota red and i will buy a tortise Pickguard and be the happiest ####er i can be.

BanditGuitarist1 well im not to sure if i will paint it the wood grain looks really sick. And the picture doesnt do justice it looks like plywood in reality its very dark almost a mahogony look like my Townshend SG.
Purplehaze19x I think you should paint it red like you wanted. but yeah i would have painted it befor the teck wired up all the crap. but youll only have to de-soder a wire or 2.
BanditGuitarist1 What if i just put tape over the electrical stuff haha and then did the spraying myself. skipping over the inside. i also wont take the neck off im not sure what to do im way to lazy to undersoder and resoder.
Purplehaze19x uhh. it would be a pain. then you run the risk of getting paint on the pickguard. depending on how long your wires are the pickguard may not come very far from the body of the guitar. its better to remove everything from the body.
BanditGuitarist1 then mybe i wont bother paint my 66' and just my RI a new look im sick of that " white " that looks like i dont know what some kind of nasty old that you would find on someone who hasnt bathed for years.
BanditGuitarist1 yeah i dont refer to it as white its more of an infection or wart nasty yellow. wow this isnt what a Vintage white looks like kind of color. sounds good though
robroe is it a 90's RI or a 2000's RI??the 90's ones were actually olympic white with redthe 2000's ones were some sorta scumbag yellow/white with brown tort90's look much better imo
Purplehaze19x I like the olympic white with red tort. i have 2 of them. 1 is a '65 and the other is a '95.
BanditGuitarist1 yeah its a 2000 i wasnt even playin in the 90's yet i started in like 03' i think on my schecter diamond series which im holding right now its so nice with the EMG ha but my mustang i got in 05' i love Olympic White with red. not this yellowish thing it is
BanditGuitarist1 when i first got it, it was whiter now its getting very " creamy " ha i just play my 66' and my Fender Japan Kurt Cobain Jag. hey what is it with Fender Japan and making the Cobain guitars? and why doesnt the American market see them.

BanditGuitarist1 I just found a website with Fender Japans guitars and im in heaven i must ditch resprayin my stang and got a red stang haha oh lord im gonna loss it i love fender japan there great.
