This is my 3rd or fourth pickguard that I've made, it's the first jagstang one. I traced it from a mustang pickguard. I cut it out very carefully with a band saw. I would have prefered tracing it with a router directly from the mustang guard but I didn't want to risk damaging it.
I think the pickguard fits the lower horn quite well.
I will point out however, I don't think the original design needs correction, I love the off-centre look of it, it's consistant.
