As far as i can remember, everyone here has given you the answers to the questions you have asked, yeah maybe one or two people had fun with you because you're a "noob" but that's life.
You cannot nail the Cobain sound, he probably used 10 different guitars on each album, and changed his effects and settings for nearly every track. That's quite an expensive venture to buy all the equipment to sound like him when all you need is a good humbucker running through a tube amp with experienced fingers.
I'm not laying into you, i'm telling you that you don't need all that stuff, anyone who has played for a while and has owned a few different pieces of equipment will tell you that.
Can you play Breed, at full speed, noise solo and all, bang on time without missing a stroke?
If you can't then your main priority is to play the guitar more, not make a bad players guitar sound better, you'd be wasting your money.
