i only applied it in thin coats, about 5-6 coats of seafoam green, i let each coat dry about 5-10 minutes inbetween coats...no its not reranch..i was gonna get reranch paint but my dad wouldnt let me so i had to get regular spray paint..it turned out alot better than any of my other attempts at painting my js. i'm pleased with it.
