as far as i can see, there is no fender japan custom shop. those guitars were apparently a small run of jaguars that were made. i have no knowledge of people being able to write to fender japan and request virtually any guitar they wish, as they can with the USA fender custom shop. in any case, even if there were a request line to fender japan, a one off guitar would be very expensive, as they are with USA custom shop
