Erm, I think that cavity needs to be a little deeper. Mine's waaaay deeper than that and still the darn screws don't fit properly 😆

well when i finally get the pickups ill either deepen it or screw them into the wood 😀

i found out that it does fit inside my homemade hardcase so yay 😁

also this stuff came today

tuners, neckplate, roller bridge, jag taipiece, strap buttons, nut and witch hats

it made it from the US in 6 days, and i didnt have to pay customs 😁

unfortunately its a crap day so probably wont get much done until it turns sunny

fitted tuners, granted a little badly, and the nut

im swinging towards putting a single coil behind the bridge and having volume for each regular pup with master tone and volume for the Single

Sort something out with the pickup behind the bridge. And how will that be wired in? A mini toggle on-off?

thats what i was going to say. just use a mini toggle to turn it on and off. . would be epic. in fact. . i want to do that now. . .

why a mini toggle when rolling its volume down would turn it off?

i bought some orange paint and some clear laquer but im not sure where i put it 😆

I do hope you're going to sand down that headstock...

The shape is nicer than I anticipated, but the rough edges make it look sloppy.

Also, is the piece of plastic you have laid down currently the pickguard?

It looks a bit choppy. Just round off some of the more angled parts and it will look ace.

Also, props for the single coil behind the bridge. That gives you a +9001...

im pretty sure i already said that the pickguard is just a first draft, and by no means completely accurate or final, also its paper 😉

and yes i know i need to do some more work on everything, thats why im not branding anything finished as of yet

too slowly, still havnt got primer and i have tons of homework this year so the bridge routing isnt done yet, should be ordering electronics later though 😀
